General Provisions:
1. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY; YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED OR REFERENCED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE UPON THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT TAKE PART IN THE CONTEST ORGANIZED BY G2A.COM.
Promoter:
2. “Halloween Giveaway avec Aorus et YouPass” contest (“Contest”) is organized G2A LLC with its registered office at 8275 South Eastern Avenue 200 Las Vegas, NV 89123, USA, e-mail: giveaway@g2a.com (“Promoter”).
Eligibility and Restrictions:
3. The Contest is open to persons aged eighteen (18) years or older, except employees, agents, contractors or consultants of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter's associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the Contest.
4. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
5. This Contest is void where prohibited by local law or requires additional licenses, permits or other approvals.
The period of the Contest:
6. The Contest is open for entries on 30/10/17 at 12:00am (GMT+1) (“Opening Date”) and closes on 12/11/17 at 11:59:59pm (GMT+1) (“Closing Date”). The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Contest Period”.
7. The Promoter will not be held responsible for entries received after the Contest Period or for entries not received for any other reason.
How to Enter:

9. Entrants may enter only once, and perform each individual Action only once, during the Contest Period. Duplicate entries from the same cell phone number/email address/person/household will be automatically eliminated without notice to the Entrant.
10. The Promoter on the Contest Page will provide a list of action (“Actions”) that may be performed in order to gain an entry into the Contest. The entrant must complete at least one of the listed Actions found on the Contest Page during the Contest Period in order to enter the Contest. Each additional Action listed on the Contest Page is optional. Each additional Action performed by the Entrant during the Contest Period will result in one additional entry into the Contest. Each additional Action may be performed only one (1) time. For details regarding the Actions please refer to the Contest Page. The following is a non-exhaustive list of Actions that the Promoter may list on the Contest Page:
a) like on Facebook;
b) post on Facebook;
c) follow on Twitter;
d) post on Twitter;
e) retweet on Twitter;
f) follow on Instagram;
g) post on Instagram;
h) follow on Twitch.tv;
i) follow on Pinterest;
j) pin to Pinterest;
k) follow on Google+;
l) +1 on Google+;
m) subscribe to YouTube channel;
n) upload a photo;
o) review a video;
p) visit a website;
q) complete a form; or
r) recruit friends.
11. Each Entrant who completes at least one (1) Action as indicated on the Contest Page, will have a chance to win following prizes:

12. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
13. The Promoter shall draw the winners at random from all the Entrants submitted to the Contest during the Contest Period (“Winners”) for the prizes.

15. In order to claim their prize, the Winners must respond and provide, if requested by the Promoter, any additional information necessary to facilitate prize delivery or confirm identification, within three (3) days of the Promoters’ email.
16. If the Promoter does not receive a response to his/her notification within three (3) days of the date of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time of the draw as the original. The return of any notification or prize will result in disqualification and at Promoter’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected by the Promoter or its designee from all eligible entries received for the original drawing. If an alternate Winner is selected, the Promoter shall repeat the notification procedures until a qualified Winner has been selected, if time permits.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
18. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of the equivalent value without giving notice. Each prize is awarded "AS IS" and without WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the prize is at the Winner’s sole risk and the Promoter is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of any such prize.
19. Prizes in the form of giftcards can be used within one year from the date of 14.11.2018
Complaints Procedure
20. Each Entrant has the right to file complaints connected with the Contest provided by the Promoter. All complaints should be sent in a written form or via e-mail to the address of the Promoter indicated in section 2 above. All complaints shall be resolved within 10 (ten) days from the date of their delivery. Replies shall be sent to the address from which the complaint has been received or any other given by the complaining party or via email.
Taxes and costs related to the Prizes:

21. All applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Use of personal information:
22. In order to participate in this Contest, Entrant will be required to supply certain information about themselves on the Contest Page. The Promoter has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in the Contest. This information (personal data) will be collected, processed and used for the purposes of administering the Contest and in marketing purposes by the Promoter and/or G2A.COM Limited, address: 36/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Incorporation number: 2088957 Business registration number: 63264201. Personal data can be transferred by the Promoter only to entities authorized by law. Personal data submission is voluntary. You have the right to access the aforesaid personal data and correct it at any time.
23. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE COMMERCIAL INFORMATION BY MEANS of ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION (E-MAIL), AS WELL AS BY TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS (SMS MESSAGE) AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS TERMINAL EQUIPMENT AND AUTOMATIC CALLING SYSTEMS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU THE MARKETING OFFERS FROM THE PROMOTER.
24. Each Entrant agrees that if they win a prize, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age and town/city, e-mail address for the purposes of announcing the Winner(s) and they may be requested (by the Promoter, its agents and their related companies) to participate in post-event publicity.
Law applicable and disputes:
25. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Nevada. Any disputes arising herein relating to the Promotion, the Terms, or the breach of any term hereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Nevada. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed ): $120,000.00, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, including attorneys’ fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief, and User (or the User’s parent if the User is a Minor) further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Notwithstanding the above, each User agrees that any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the Prize awarded or the determination of a Prize Winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action..
26. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this Contest, nor for the consequences of inaccurate information delivered to the Promoter by the Entrant and/or the Winners.
Final Provisions
27. For a Winners list or a copy of the official promotion terms and conditions, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: G2A LLC with its registered office at 8275 South Eastern Avenue 200 Las Vegas, NV 89123, USA or via email giveaway@g2a.com.
28. Failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect the right to enforce the rest provision herein. If any part of these terms and conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other provision herein shall continue to apply.
29. The Promoter reserves his/her right to make any changes and modifications to these terms and conditions, including the right to introduce new provisions and delete the previous ones. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the amended terms and conditions shall come into effect automatically thirty (30) days after their publication on the Contest Page. The person who does not accept the amendments in these terms and conditions is obliged to inform the Promoter about this as soon as possible. In that case the person is bound by the terms and conditions which were in force before the amendments.
30. In the event that the terms and conditions are translated into any other language and there is any inconsistency between the English version and such translation(s), the English version shall prevail.
