Competition rules, terms and conditions

By entering any of our competitions, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions included on this page.
We will accept entries from the date the competition is published on the bachtrack.com website until the closing date specified in each competition. Entries received after the closing date will be rejected.
Each person may only submit one entry, and each person must have a separate e-mail address. If we believe anyone to be making more than one entry, we reserve the right to reject all their entries. (If you are having problems with the site and think you may have made a duplicate entry by accident, let us know via the contact us form).
Where the winner is to be selected at random, he or she will be selected from the first few people whose names are drawn at random from all eligible entrants for that particular competition. If the selection of a winning entry is open to subjective interpretation, an independent judge, or a panel that includes at least one independent member will be appointed. In either case, the judge or panel member will be independent from Bachtrack, any competition intermediaries or from the pool of entrants from which the eventual winner is picked. Those appointed to act as judges or panel members will be competent to judge the competition.
The draw or decision by the judging panel will be made within a few days of the closing date, after which we will notify the winners by e-mail. The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm that they have accepted the prize and give us any additional contact details that we may require, otherwise their prize is forfeit and we will select another winner.
All competition prizes exclude travel, accommodation or any other associated costs, unless otherwise stated. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Bachtrack or any company involved in a Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition.
For the majority of competitions, the prizes are provided by third party promoters. Where this is the case, the relevant promoter is responsible for the fulfillment of the prizes, and we accept we accept no liability for this fulfilment.
The promotion is open to everyone over the age of 18, except the promoter or their family, their agents or those connected professionally with this promotion.
Other than as required for the fulfilment of prizes, we will not pass on your details to any third party without your express permission nor will we retain your email details unless you opt in to receive our site newsletter. We promise not to send this out more than once a fortnight.
Bachtrack Ltd's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
