INTRODUCTION
By entering the prize draw (the "Promotion"), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
The Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Promotion, except for employees of the Promoter (as defined below), its group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.
Entry to the Promotion opens on Monday 9th December 2023 and closes on 21st December 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). No entries received after the closing time will be eligible to win a prize.
HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
To enter the Promotion, you must submit an entry by filling out a form located at https://play.unitedrugby.com/urcxmas during the Promotion Period.
Participants may gain an extra entry, to increase their chances of winning, by liking the social post, commenting #URCXMAS underneath and follow any other instructions.
Entries for each prize is open for a 24 hour window from 10am (GMT)/12pm (SA) each day from 9th - 20th December.
PRIZES - The following prizes are available to be won:
Ox Nché limited edition 'Salads don't win scrums' Christmas jersey.
Player of the Match medal handover sponsored by BKT. Available from Rounds 11-18 only and the participant must be aged 9 or above. The winner will select their preferred match and will receive four tickets alongside one participant handing the medal over. This prize is not eligable in South Africa and does not include travel or accommodation
Two tickets to all 16 festive derby matches taking place over Rounds 8 & 9 only. 16 winners will be drawn in total, one from each club. This does not include travel or accomodation.
Gilbert Rugby £100 Gift Card to their website - https://www.gilbertrugby.com/. This is not available in South Africa
Two tickets to any EPCR Round 3 or 4 EPCR fixture, subject to availability. This does not include travel or accommodation
URC Kappa training kit bundle sponsored by Kappa. this could include any item from t-shirt, shorts, hoodies, tracksuit, cap or beanie depending on size and availability. This is not available in South Africa
A hospitality experience for two to a URC match between Round 11-18, subject to availability. This does not include travel or accommodation.
A replica British & Irish Lions 2025 jersey, subject to availability in size.
Two tickets to any 2024/25 URC Play-off match, subject to availability. This does not include travel or accommodation.
Four tickets to the OFX Irish Legends taking place at Mount Juliet Estate, Co Kilkenny, Ireland on 15th-17th May 2025. The winner will select their preferred day and must be 18+. This does not include travel or accommodation.
Two tickets to the 2024/25 URC Grand Finals sponsored by Qatar, subject to availability. Two winners will be drawn, one in Northern Hemisphere, one in South Africa because this prize does not include travel or accommdation. If unable to make the Grand Final, the winner will be able to choose a match to receive two tickets to in the 2025/26 season.

A signed Vodacom URC jersey from the winner's favourite South African club, subject to availability. This prize is only eligible in South Africa

WINNER
The winner of prizes entered will be selected at random by an automated computer programme from all eligible entries during which the 24 hour window the prize was open for.
The winner of prizes will be notified by email within 48 hours after the prize window closes. The winner will be asked to respond as a way of accepting the prize and provided a timeline of when they can expect the prizme delivery.
Following valid acceptance of the prize, the winner may have to provide address or personal contact details for the delivery of the prize. These details will not be used for any other reason other than the prize delivery from either URC or the partner sponsoring the prize.
PRIZE DELIVERY
All of the prizes in Section 3 are subject to availability.
Prizes 3.1, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.15 etc will be deliverd 2-14 working days after accepting the prize.
Prizes 3.6, 3.8, 3.10, 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14 will be delivered to the winner between Jan-March 2025
Prizes 3.2, 3.5, 3.7, 3.11 and 3.16 will be delivered subject the winner's selected match.
The timelines are subject to change should there be any unforeseen logistical challenges.
CONDITIONS
In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner selected at random in accordance with clause 4.1 of these terms and conditions.
There is no cash alternative available. The prize is as stated and no alternatives are available. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded to the winner.
The timelines for prize delivery are subject to change should there be any unforeseen logistical challenges.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place – for example, the surname and country and county of residence of the winner. Affected prize winners have the right to object to all or part of this information being published or made available – in such event they should inform the Promoter in writing. In such circumstances, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter must nevertheless still provide the information and winning entry to the ASA or equivalent regulator on request.
No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.
All costs and expenses not included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner (namely travel, food & beverages)
The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence); and
disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.
LIABILITY
The Promoter it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by the promoter for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant. The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at https://www.unitedrugby.com/privacy-policy
The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law.
You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
