REGLEMENT DE JEU
« Paddington »
ARTICLE 1 : Organisation
La Société MULTIMAG, SAS au capital de 20.000.000 euros, inscrite au registre du commerce et des sociétés de PARIS sous le n° B 478 247 109 dont le siège social est 6, bis rue Gabriel Laumain à PARIS (75010), organise un jeu gratuit sans obligation d’achat du 18 novembre au 9 décembre 2014 inclus jusqu’à quinze heure, heure française (GMT Paris).
ARTICLE 2 : Participation
Ce Jeu, GRATUIT et SANS OBLIGATION D’ACHAT, est ouvert sur la page Catimini Facebook (www.facebook.com/catimini.fashion), laquelle est d’accès gratuit (hors frais de connexion facturés par les fournisseurs d’accès internet), à toute personne physique majeure, résidant en France, en Belgique et en Angleterre (à l’exception des personnels des sociétés de CATIMINI, des personnels des sociétés participantes au Jeu et des personnels des sociétés ayant collaborées à son organisation ou à sa création), disposant d’un compte Facebook.
La participation à ce jeu gratuit et sans obligation d’achat, implique l’acceptation pleine et entière par les participants du présent règlement.
ARTICLE 3 : Modalités de participation
Pour participer au Jeu, il suffit à toutes personnes autorisées, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 2.1 du présent Règlement, de respecter les étapes suivantes :

De Renseigner le formulaire d’inscription en saisissant les champs obligatoires (Adresse e-mail, Nom et Prénom, Adresse postale, Code postal, Ville, Numéro de téléphone) et d’accepter le règlement.
De répondre correctement aux 3 questions à choix multiples du quizz (une seule chance de répondre correctement).
Valider sa participation au Jeu concours en cliquant sur « Valider »
Afin d’augmenter ses chances d’être tiré au sort, le participant, une fois sa participation validée pourra parrainer jusqu’à cinq de ses amis pour participer au jeu-concours (une chance supplémentaire pour chaque participation validée).
La participation au jeu est limitée à une seule participation par personne et ce pendant toute la durée du Jeu.
Tout formulaire d’inscription illisible, incomplet, incompréhensible, erroné, présentant une anomalie (notamment une adresse électronique non valable), non conforme aux dispositions du présent règlement ou manifestement frauduleux ne sera pas pris en considération.
La société organisatrice ne saurait être tenue pour responsable si les formulaires renseignés par les participants ne lui parvenaient pas pour une quelconque raison ou lui arrivaient illisibles ou impossibles à traiter (par exemple, si le matériel informatique ou logiciel du participant est inadéquat pour son inscription ou en cas de problème de connexion sur internet).
ARTICLE 4 : Désignation des lots
Le premier lot :
1 lot composé d’un week-end à Londres en famille (2 parents - 2 enfants) d’une valeur commerciale de 1450€ dont 4 vols aller-retour Paris/Londres, ainsi qu’une nuitée dans l'hôtel The Royal Park Hôtel à Londres. Valable les week-ends (vendredi, samedi ou dimanche) jusqu'à fin juin 2015, sous réserve de disponibilité. Les prestations incluses sont : Wi-Fi dans tout l'hôtel, verre offert à votre arrivée, gâteaux maison et eau minérale au service du soir. Pour les vols, Le gagnant dispose de 2 mois pour effectuer sa réservation à réception de son gain, il sera contacté par Edreams qui s'occupe de leurs réservations.
Du 2 au 101ème lot :
100 peluches Paddington d’une valeur de 25€ chacun.
Du 102 au 251ème lot :
150 lots de 2 places de cinéma d’une valeur commerciale de 20€ chacun pour aller voir le film « Paddington ». Valable dans tous les cinémas diffusant le film, week-end et jours fériés inclus.
ARTICLE 5 : Désignation des gagnants et remise des lots
Les gagnants des lots seront désignés par voie de tirage au sort.
Ce tirage au sort sera effectué par Maître TRONCHET, huissier de justice à Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole (France), au plus tard le 11 décembre 2014, parmi les quizz correctement remplis.
Seuls les gagnants seront informés par e-mail, à l’adresse qu’ils auront mentionnée lors de leur inscription, au plus tard le 12 décembre 2014.
Le résultat sera diffusé avant le 12 décembre 2014, par un membre de la société organisatrice sur la page Facebook Catimini (https://www.facebook.com/catimini.fashion).
Les gagnants devront accuser réception par retour de mail des lieux et dates de remise des lots. En l'absence de réponse dans le délai imparti, les lots ne pourront être réclamés.
Les gagnants autorisent toutes vérifications concernant leur identité et leur domicile.
Il est expressément convenu que les données contenues dans les systèmes d'information en possession de la Société Organisatrice ou de ses prestataires techniques ont force probante quant aux éléments de connexion et à la détermination de l’identité du gagnant.
Les lots ne peuvent faire l’objet d’aucun remboursement ou échange d’aucune sorte. Ils ne peuvent être ni cédés, ni transférés, ni apportés, même partiellement, à un tiers, sous quelque forme que ce soit.
ARTICLE 6 : Responsabilité quant à la remise des lots
MULTIMAG se dégage de toute responsabilité quant aux éventuelles contestations relatives aux modalités d'attribution des lots.
Seuls les lots annoncés sur le site du Jeu pourront être remportés.
Aucun changement pour quelque raison que ce soit ne pourra être demandé à la Société Organisatrice.
La Société Organisatrice ne fournira aucune prestation de garantie ou d'assistance.
La remise, la prise de possession et l'utilisation des lots se feront selon les modalités définies ou communiquées par la Société Organisatrice, que le gagnant s'engage à accepter. A défaut de quoi la Société Organisatrice se réservera la possibilité de désigner un autre gagnant.
Les éventuelles réclamations concernant la mise à disposition des lots ne pourront consister en une contrepartie financière.
La Société Organisatrice se réserve la possibilité de remplacer les lots par des prix d'une valeur équivalente, sans qu'aucune réclamation ne puisse être formulée à cet égard.
En aucun cas, la Société Organisatrice ne pourra être tenue responsable du délai de mise à disposition des lots ou en cas d'impossibilité pour les gagnants de bénéficier des lots pour des circonstances qui ne résultent pas du fait de la Société Organisatrice.
Dans le cas où les lots ne pourraient être remis dans les boutiques Catimini, les modalités de remise seront précisées aux gagnants dans le courrier électronique confirmant le prix ou par tout autre moyen.
Les gagnants reconnaissent expressément que la Société Organisatrice ne sera tenue pour responsable d’aucuns incidents ou préjudice de toute nature qui pourrait survenir en raison de la jouissance et/ou de l’utilisation des lots.
ARTICLE 7 : Règlement
Le présent Règlement est déposé auprès de la S.E.L.A.R.L MARECAL – TRONCHET – SIMONET, Huissiers de justice associés à Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole.
Le présent Règlement est consultable, gratuitement et pendant toute la durée de validité du Jeu, au siège de la Société Organisatrice, et à l’adresse internet suivante : http://brand.catimini.com/jeu/reglement-jeu-paddington.html.
Le présent Règlement peut être adressé à titre gratuit, au tarif lent en vigueur, à toute personne qui en fait la demande écrite, auprès de CATIMINI, 94 Rue Choletaise BP 47 49450 SAINT MACAIRE EN MAUGES ou sur l’adresse mail asbarbeau@catimini.fr
Les frais de timbre afférents à cette demande sont remboursés au tarif lent en vigueur sur simple demande écrite, par virement accompagné d’un RIB ou d’un RIP, ou par chèque. Un seul remboursement par foyer (même nom, même adresse) sera effectué.
Il ne sera répondu à aucune demande téléphonique concernant le Règlement et/ou concernant le gagnant.
La participation à ce Jeu implique de la part du Participant l’acceptation sans réserve du Règlement dans son intégralité et des modalités de déroulement du Jeu. La société MULTIMAG tranchera souverainement tout litige relatif au Jeu et à son Règlement en accord avec la S.E.L.A.R.L MARECAL – TRONCHET – SIMONET, Huissiers de justice à Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole.
Toute contestation ou réclamation relative au présent Jeu ou au présent Règlement ne sera prise en considération que si elle est transmise par écrit et envoyée sous pli suffisamment affranchi à l'adresse de la Société MULTIMAG figurant à l'article 1, ce dans un délai maximum d’un mois après la clôture du Jeu (cachet de la poste faisant foi).
Toute éventuelle modification apportée au Règlement fera l’objet d’un avenant au présent Règlement qui sera déposé auprès de la S.E.L.A.R.L MARECAL – TRONCHET – SIMONET, Huissiers de justice à Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole, avec publication d’une annonce en ligne sur ce site. En cas de divergences accidentelles entre ce Règlement complet et les supports de l’opération, il est expressément prévu que ce sont les termes du Règlement complet qui primeront.
ARTICLE 8 : Litiges et responsabilités
La participation au Jeu implique la connaissance et l'acceptation des caractéristiques et des limites du réseau Internet, notamment en ce qui concerne les performances techniques, les temps de réponse pour consulter, interroger ou transférer des informations, les risques d'interruption, les risques liés à la connexion, l'absence de protection de certaines données contre des détournements éventuels et les risques de contamination par des éventuels virus circulant sur le réseau. La Société Organisatrice ne pourra être tenue pour responsable notamment des dysfonctionnements pouvant affecter le réseau Internet, pour tout problème de configuration ou lié à un navigateur donné.
La Société Organisatrice ne garantit pas que le site Internet du Jeu fonctionne sans interruption, qu'il ne contienne pas d’erreurs informatiques ni que les défauts constatés seront corrigés.
La Société Organisatrice ne pourra être tenue responsable en cas de dysfonctionnement technique du Jeu, si les joueurs ne parviennent pas à se connecter au site du Jeu ou à jouer, si les données relatives à l'inscription d'un joueur ne lui parvenaient pas pour une quelconque raison dont elle ne pourrait être tenue responsable (par exemple, un problème de connexion à Internet dû à une quelconque raison chez l'utilisateur) ou lui arriveraient illisibles ou seraient impossible à traiter (par exemple, si le joueur possède un matériel informatique ou un environnement logiciel inadéquat pour son inscription) ou en cas de problèmes d'acheminement des courriers électroniques. Les joueurs ne pourront prétendre à aucun dédommagement à ce titre.
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait, de la même manière, être tenue responsable de tout dommage, matériel ou immatériel causé aux joueurs, à leurs équipements informatiques et aux données qui y sont stockées, ou de toutes conséquences directes ou indirectes pouvant en découler, notamment sur leur activité personnelle, professionnelle ou commerciale.
La société organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier, prolonger, écourter, suspendre ou annuler ce Jeu sans préavis, si les circonstances l'exigeaient. Sa responsabilité ne saurait être engagée de ce fait. Aucun dédommagement ne pourra être demandé par les participants.
La société organisatrice se réserve la possibilité de remplacer le lot gagné par un produit d’une valeur égale ou supérieure, et dans la mesure du possible possédant des caractéristiques proches, en cas de force majeure, d'événements indépendants de sa volonté ou de justes motifs, si les circonstances l’exigent, sans qu’aucune réclamation ne puisse être formulée à cet égard.
La société organisatrice pourra annuler tout ou partie du Jeu s'il apparaît que des fraudes sont intervenues sous quelque forme que ce soit, notamment de manière informatique dans le cadre de la participation au Jeu.
La société organisatrice se réserve le droit d'arrêter ou de suspendre le Jeu en cas de fraude ou dans tous les cas où, pour quelque raison que ce soit, le système informatique attribuerait des dotations non prévues au présent règlement. Dans ces cas les messages ayant informé les participants d'un gain seraient considérés comme nuls et non avenus. En aucun cas, le nombre de dotations ne pourra excéder celui prévu au présent règlement.
ARTICLE 9 : Informatique et libertés
Pour participer au jeu, les participants doivent fournir certaines informations personnelles les concernant qui seront collectées informatiquement à destination exclusivement de la Société organisatrice.
Conformément aux dispositions de la loi "Informatique et Libertés", du 6 Janvier 1978 modifiée par la loi du 6 août 2004, toute personne dont les données sont collectées dans le cadre de son inscription au jeu bénéficie d'un droit d'accès, de rectification ou de suppression portant sur les données personnelles collectées par la société organisatrice.
Ces données seront utilisées par la société organisatrice à des fins commerciales. Elles ne pourront faire l'objet de cessions, locations ou utilisations auprès d'un tiers.

Le remboursement du timbre d'opposition à l'utilisation de ses données à des fins de prospection sera consenti à tout participant concerné qui en fera la demande écrite accompagnée d'un RIB ou RIP à l'adresse ci-dessus. Ce remboursement sera effectué selon tarifs postaux en vigueur (pour une lettre prioritaire ou une lettre économique <20g selon type de timbre utilisé par le participant pour l’envoi).
Du fait de l’acceptation du présent règlement, les participants au jeu autorisent la société MULTIMAG à utiliser leur nom, prénom(s), département, ville dans toute manifestation publi-promotionnelle liée au présent jeu.

RULES OF THE GAME
“Paddington”
ARTICLE 1: Organisation
Multimag, an SAS (simplified joint stock company) with capital of 20,000,000 euros, listed on the PARIS Trade & Companies register under no. B 478 247 109, whose head office is located at 6, bis rue Gabriel Laumain in PARIS (75010), is organising a free game with no obligation to purchase from 18 November 2014 to 9 December 2014 inclusive, up till 15:00 Paris time.
ARTICLE 2: Participation
The Game is FREE and without OBLIGATION to PURCHASE, and available on Catimini's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/catimini.fashion), to which access is free (excluding the cost of connection invoiced by the internet service provider), to all adults living in France, Belgium and Great Britain (with the exception of personnel of CATIMINI companies, personnel of companies participating in the Game and personnel of companies having helped to organise or create it), with a Facebook account
Entry is free with no obligation to buy and implies full acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 3: How to enter
To take part in the competition, all authorised persons, in compliance with the provisions of article 2.1 of these Rules, must complete the following steps:
Become a fan of the Catimini Facebook page (www.facebook.com/catimini.fashion)
Fill in the compulsory fields in the entry form (email address, surname and first name, postal address, post code, town, telephone number) and agree to the rules.
Give the correct answers to the 3 multiple choice questions of the quiz (one correct answer).
Confirm your participation in the competition by clicking on “Confirm”
To increase your chances in the draw, once your participation has been validated you can invite up to five of your friends to take part (an extra chance for each participation validated).
Only one entry is allowed per person for the duration of the Game.
We will not accept any entry form that is illegible, incomplete, incomprehensible or erroneous, contains a bug (invalid e-mail address in particular), infringes these rules or is clearly fraudulent
The organizing company may not be held liable if the forms completed by participants fail to arrive on time for any reason or are illegible or impossible to process (for example, if the participant’s hardware or software is incompatible with entry or in case of Internet connection problems).
ARTICLE 4: Description of prizes
The first prize:
A weekend in London for the family (2 parents - 2 children) worth €1,450 including 4 return flights Paris/London, and a night in the Royal Park Hotel in London. Valid at weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) until the end of June 2015, subject to availability. The services included are: Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, welcome drink on arrival, home made biscuits and mineral water at evening service. For the flights, the winner has 2 months from receipt of the prize to make reservations, and will be contacted by Edreams who will take care of the bookings.
Prizes 2 - 101:
100 Paddington bear soft toys worth €25 each.
Prizes 102 - 251:
150 prizes of 2 cinema tickets worth €20 to go and see the film “Paddington”. Valid in all cinemas showing the film, weekend and bank holidays included.
ARTICLE 5: Designation of winners and awarding of prizes
The winners of the prizes will be designated by random draw.
This random draw will be done by Maître TRONCHET, bailiff in Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole (France), no later than 11 December 2014, from the quizzes with the correct answers.
Only the winners will be informed by e-mail, at the address they mentioned when registering, no later than 12 December 2014.
The result will be publicised before 12 December 2014, by a member of the organising company the Catimini's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/catimini.fashion).
The winners should acknowledge receipt by return email of the place and dates of the prize awards. In the absence of an answer within the stipulated time, the prizes may not be claimed.
The participants authorize all relevant checks concerning their identity and their domicile.
It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the information systems in the possession of the Organising Company or its technical service providers have the force of evidence regarding the elements of connection and the determining of the identity of the winner.
The prizes cannot be the subject of any reimbursement or exchange of any kind. They cannot be sold, transferred or contributed, even partially, to a third party, in any form whatsoever.
ARTICLE 6: Responsibility regarding the award of the prizes
MULTIMAG accepts no responsibility for any disputes relative to the terms and conditions of assignment of the prizes.
Only the prizes announced on the website of the Draw can be won.
No changes for any reason whatsoever may be requested of the Organising Company.
The Organising Company will not provide any guarantees or assistance.
The award, taking possession and use of the prizes will comply with the terms and conditions defined or communicated by the Organising company, which the winner undertakes to accept. Failing this the Organising Company reserves the possibility of designating another winner.
There can be no financial consideration for any claims concerning the making available of the prizes.
The Organising Company reserves the possibility of replacing the prizes with prizes of an equivalent value, without the possibility of any claims being made in this respect.
Under no circumstances can the Organising Company be held responsible for the time taken to make the prizes available or in the event that it is impossible for the winners to take advantage of the prizes for circumstances that are not due to the Organising Company.
In the event that the prizes cannot be handed over in the Catimini stores, the winners will be informed of the terms and conditions of their award in the confirmation email that they have won by any other means.
The winners expressly acknowledge that the Organising Company will not be held responsible for any incidents or prejudice of any kind that could occur due to the enjoyment and/or use of the prizes.
ARTICLE 7: Regulations
Competition regulations filed with S.E.L.A.R.L MARECAL – TRONCHET – SIMONET, Bailiffs in Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole.
These Regulations can be consulted, free of charge and throughout the period of the Game's validity, at the head office of the Organising Company and at the following Internet address: http://brand.catimini.com/jeu/reglement-jeu-paddington.html.
These Regulations can be sent free of charge by second class post to any person submitting a written request by post to CATIMINI, 94 Rue Choletaise BP 47 49450 SAINT MACAIRE EN MAUGES or by e-mail to asbarbeau@catimini.fr
Postage fees relating to this request will be reimbursed by second class post upon simple written request by bank transfer accompanied by bank or post office account details or by cheque. A single reimbursement will be made by household (same name, same address).
No response will be made to any telephone inquiry concerning the Regulations and/or concerning the winner.
Entry to this Game entails the participant’s unqualified acceptance of all the rules and procedures of the Game. The MULTIMAG company will have the final say in respect of any disputes relating to the Game and its Regulations in liaison with the S.E.L.A.R.L MARECAL – TRONCHET – SIMONET, Bailiffs in Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole.
Any disagreement or complaint relative to this Game or to these rules is only admissible if sent in writing in a correctly franked envelope to MULTIMAG at the address specified in article 1, no later than one month after the closing of the Game (as proven by the postmark).
Any modifications made to the Regulations will be the subject of an amendment hereto which will be filed with the S.E.L.A.R.L MARECAL – TRONCHET – SIMONET, a partnership of judicial officers in Saint Etienne (42000) 13 rue d’Arcole, with publication of an online announcement on this website. In case of accidental divergence between these complete rules and the media used in the operation, it is expressly stipulated that the terms of the complete rules will prevail.
ARTICLE 8: Disputes and liability
Taking part in the game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network, in particular regarding technical performances, response time for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, the risks related to connection, the absence of protection of certain data against possible hijacking and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. The Organising company cannot be held responsible in particular for any malfunctions that can affect the Internet network, for any configuration problems or problems related to a given browser.
The Organising company does not guarantee that the Game website operates uninterrupted, that it doesn't contain any I.T. errors or that the defects noted will be corrected.
The Organising company cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions of the Game, if the players cannot connect to the Game website or play, if the data relative the registration of a player is not received for any reason whatsoever for which it cannot be held responsible (for example, a problem with an Internet connection due to a reason of any kind on the user's end) or arrive illegible or impossible to process (for example, if the player possesses computing equipment or a software environment that is inadequate for registering in the game) or problems in the routing of emails. The players may not claim any compensation in this respect.
In the same way, the Organising company cannot be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused to the players, their computer equipment and data stored on it, or any direct or indirect consequences that may result, in particular for their personal, professional or commercial activity.
The organizing company reserves the right to modify, extend, curtail, suspend or cancel this Game without notice, if circumstances so dictate. Its liability may not be invoked in that case. The participants may not claim any compensation.
The organizing company reserves the option to replace the prize with one of equal or higher value, with similar characteristics where possible, in case of force majeure, events beyond its control or serious grounds, if circumstances require it, without the possibility of any claim being made in this respect.
The organizing company may cancel the Game in full or in part if it suspects any kind of fraud, particularly by computer means, in the context of entry to the Game.
The organizing company reserves the right to halt or suspend the Game in case of fraud or in any case where, for whatever reason, the computer system might allocate prizes not provided for in these rules. In such cases, the messages informing participants of a win must be deemed null and void. On no account may the number of prizes exceed that provided for in these rules.
ARTICLE 9: Data privacy act
The participants must provide some personal data to enter the Game; the data must be collected by computer exclusively for the use of the organizing company.
In accordance with the provisions of the French data privacy act known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law of 6 January 1978 amended by the law of 6 August 2004, anyone whose data is collected in the context of their entry to the game benefits from the right to access, rectify or delete the personal data collected by the organizing company.
This data will be used by the organizing company for commercial purposes. It cannot be sold or leased to third parties nor made available for their use.

The stamp for the letter sent to object to the use of personal data for prospecting purposes will be refunded to any participant concerned who sends in a written request along with their bank details to the above address. This refund will be made at the current postal rates (for a first class or ordinary letter under 20g, depending on the type of stamp used by the participant to send the request).
By their acceptance of these rules, the participants in the game authorize MULTIMAG to use their first and last name, department and town in any promotional-advertising event relative to this game.
