ARTICLE 1 : La société organisatrice
Le site chantalthomass.fr est édité par CHANTELLE SA – Chantal Thomass, société
anonyme au capital de 2,100,214.10 euros, immatriculée au registre du commerce et des
sociétés de Créteil sous le numéro 562 053 694, dont le siège social est situé au 8-10 rue
de Provigny CACHAN, France.
Le site est hébergé par NBS dont le siège social est situé au 140 boulevard Haussmann,
PARIS, France.
La société organisatrice, sous-traite la gestion de l’opération à la société MINISTÈRE,
Société par actions simplifiées au capital social de 37 002 € dont le siège social est situé
11 bis rue Bachaumont, 75002 PARIS, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des
Sociétés de Paris sous le n° SIREN 509 430 187, désignée ci-après société de gestion.
ARTICLE 2 : Conditions de participation
Ce jeu gratuit, sans obligation d’achat, est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure,
ouvert à l’international, à l’exception du personnel de la société organisatrice et des
sociétés gestionnaires et de contrôle, et de leur famille. Le jeu est annoncé sur
www.chantalthomass.fr, sur la page officielle Facebook
www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis, et sur la Newsletter de l’enseigne auprès des
personnes enregistrées dans la base de données Chantal Thomass. Il n’est autorisé
qu’une seule participation par foyer pendant la durée totale du jeu.
ARTICLE 3 : Identification des gagnants
Sur une période allant du 26 avril au 15 mai 2012, le jeu est accessible sur la page
Facebook www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis
Le Jeu sur la page officielle www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis consiste en un tirage
au sort entre les participants ayant :
- cliqué sur le bouton « J’aime » de la page officielle
- accepté l’application du Jeu
- cliqué sur le bouton « Participer » du Jeu
- accepter le règlement
Au total, 30 gagnants seront tirés au sort lors du Jeu sur la page officielle Facebook de
Chantal Thomass.
Les gagnants remporteront une paire de lunettes de soleil Collector de l’enseigne,
conformément à l’article 4 du présent règlement.
Toute inscription inexacte ou incomplète, et notamment toute indication d’identité ou
d’adresse mail fausse, ne sera pas prise en compte et entraînera la nullité de la
participation. Il en sera de même en cas d’enregistrement multiple d’une même
personne.
Une fois les informations validées, le Joueur pourra recevoir le lot prévu par la société
organisatrice, sans possibilité de choisir le modèle parmi les 3 présentés.
Les participations se dérouleront du 26 avril à 10h00 au 15 mai 2012 à 23h59, heure de
Paris. Toute tentative d'inscription à partir de 00h00 ne sera pas validée (le système
informatique de la société Ministère faisant foi)
Le gagnant recevra un courrier électronique sous 8 jours, l’informant de son gain. Le
courrier électronique l’informera également de la démarche à suivre.
ARTICLE 4 : Définitions et valeurs des dotations
Sont mis en jeu sur la page officielle www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis :
- Du 1er au 10e gagnant tiré au sort :
° 10 paires de lunettes de soleil Collector : Modèle CTSG013-col1 : PVC en France
= 162€ TTC
- Du 11e au 20e gagnant tiré au sort :
° 10 paires de lunettes de soleil Collector : Modèle CTSG015-col2 : PVC en France
= 147€ TTC
- Du 21e au 30 gagnant tiré au sort :
° 10 paires de lunettes de soleil Collector : Modèle CTSG007-col1 : PVC en France
= 132€ TTC
La société organisatrice se réserve le droit, en cas de rupture de stock, de modifier la
dotation par un produit de l’enseigne de valeur égale ou supérieure.
ARTICLE 5 : Attribution des lots
Le lot est attribué au gagnant à l’adresse postale que le gagnant aura indiqué après
réception du mail lui confirmant son gain. Toute connexion interrompue sera considérée
comme nulle. Les coordonnées incomplètes, contrefaites ou réalisées de manière
contrevenante au présent règlement entraînent la disqualification du joueur et
l’annulation de sa participation et de son gain. Le gagnant recevra son lot dans un délai
de 6 à 8 semaines environ après confirmation de l’exactitude de ses informations. Dans
l’hypothèse où pour une raison indépendante de la volonté des organisateurs, le gagnant
ne pouvait bénéficier de sa dotation, cette dernière sera définitivement perdue et ne sera
pas réattribuée. Dans cette hypothèse, aucune indemnité de quelque nature que ce soit
ne sera due au gagnant. Le lot ne pourra donner lieu à aucune contestation, ni à la
remise de sa contre-valeur en numéraire, ni à leur échange ou remplacement. En cas de
force majeure ou de toute autre circonstance indépendante de sa volonté, la société
organisatrice se réserve le droit de remplacer le lot gagné par un lot de nature et de
valeur équivalente. Les frais de déplacement, d’assurance, de transport, etc., inhérents à la
jouissance de la dotation mais non expressément prévus dans les dotations resteront à la
charge du gagnant.
Les photographies ou représentations graphiques présentant les lots sont communiquées
à titre d'illustration uniquement et ne peuvent en aucun cas être considérées comme
étant contractuelles.
ARTICLE 6 : Responsabilité
S’agissant du lot, la responsabilité de la société organisatrice est strictement limitée à la
délivrance du lot effectivement et valablement gagné. D’une manière générale, la société
organisatrice décline toute responsabilité pour tous les incidents et accidents qui
pourraient survenir à un gagnant pendant la jouissance du lot.
La société organisatrice se dégage de toute responsabilité relative à une éventuelle
insatisfaction du gagnant concernant leur lot. La société organisatrice rappelle aux
participants les caractéristiques et les limites du réseau et décline toute responsabilité liée
aux conséquences de la connexion des participants à ce réseau via le site. La société
organisatrice ne saurait davantage être tenue responsable au cas où un ou plusieurs
participants ne pourraient parvenir à se connecter au site du fait de tout défaut
technique ou de problème lié notamment à l’encombrement du réseau. La société
organisatrice du jeu ne saurait être tenue responsable si, en cas de force majeure ou
d’événements indépendants de sa volonté, elle était amenée à annuler le présent jeu, à
l’écourter, à le prolonger, à le différer ou à le modifier. Sa responsabilité ne serait être
engagée de ce fait.
ARTICLE 7 : Conditions de remboursement des frais
La participation au jeu est strictement gratuite. Les participants peuvent obtenir le
remboursement des frais de connexion à Internet nécessaires à leur participation sur la
base forfaitaire de 3 minutes de connexion hors forfait ADSL (soit un forfait de 0, 17
euros) sur simple demande écrite faite avant le 15 mai 2012 (cachet de La Poste faisant
foi), et envoyé à l’adresse suivante : Ministère – Tirage au sort, Chantal Thomass - 11 bis
rue Bachaumont, 75002 PARIS. La demande devra présenter les coordonnées complètes
(nom, prénom, adresse) et être accompagnée d’un Relevé d’Identité Bancaire (IBAN – BIC)
ainsi que la photocopie de la dernière facture à son nom prouvant qu’il est facturé à la
connexion et non au forfait. Les frais de participation seront limités à raison de 1
remboursement par foyer (même nom, même adresse) sur toute la période du jeu. Les
frais de timbre engagés dans ce cadre seront également remboursés au tarif lent en
vigueur (base 20g) sur demande écrite conjointe. Le remboursement interviendra par
virement bancaire ou postal dans un délai de 60 jours à compter de la réception de la
demande. Les accès au site s'effectuant sur une base gratuite ou forfaitaire (tels que
notamment connexion par câble, ADSL ou liaison spécialisée) ne pourront donner lieu à
aucun remboursement dans la mesure où l'abonnement aux services du fournisseur
d'accès est contracté pour le compte de l'internaute et/ou pour son usage de l'Internet
en général et que le fait pour le participant de se connecter au site et de participer au
jeu ne lui occasionne aucun frais ou débours supplémentaires.
ARTICLE 8 : Autorisation des gagnants
La société organisatrice est la seule destinataire des informations nominatives. Sauf avis
contraire des participants, leurs noms et coordonnées pourront faire l’objet d’un
traitement informatique. Les participants autorisent la société organisatrice à utiliser et
diffuser leur nom, prénom et adresse, sur tout support, pour les communications
concernant le jeu sans que cette utilisation ne puisse ouvrir droit à une rémunération ou
à un avantage quelconque.
ARTICLE 9 : Dépôt & obtention du règlement
Le règlement complet est déposé en l’Etude de Maîtres COHEN-SKALLI-HOBA, Huissiers
de justice, 5 avenue Gabriel Péri – BP 42 – p3401 SAINT-OUEN Cedex.
Le règlement du jeu peut être obtenu gratuitement sur simple demande écrite pendant
la durée du jeu à l’adresse suivante : Ministère – Tirage au sort, Chantal Thomass - 11 bis
rue Bachaumont, 75002 PARIS.
Le timbre pourra être remboursé au tarif lent en vigueur base 20g. Il sera limité à 1
remboursement par foyer (même nom, même adresse) sur simple demande écrite à
l’adresse de l’opération accompagnée d’un Relevé d’Identité Bancaire (IBAN – BIC).
ARTICLE 10 : Acception du règlement
Le fait de participer à ce jeu implique l’acceptation sans réserve du présent règlement
complet ainsi que des modalités de déroulement du concours.
ARTICLE 11 : Loi « Information & Libertés »
La participation à ce jeu donne lieu à l’établissement d’un fichier automatisé pour le compte
de la société organisatrice et ce, conformément à la loi « Informatique & Libertés » du 6
janvier 1978. La réponse aux informations demandées est nécessaire à la prise en compte de
la participation au jeu. Chaque participant dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification ou de
radiation des informations le concernant et qu’il peut exercer sur simple demande à l’adresse

ARTICLE 1: The organizing company
The chantalthomass.fr web site is published by CHANTELLE SA – Chantal Thomass, a
Société Anonyme with registered capital of 2,100,214.10 euros, registered with the Créteil
Trade and Companies registry under the number 562 053 694 and having its registered
offices at 8-10 rue de Provigny CACHAN, France.
The web site is hosted by NBS whose registered offices are located at 140 boulevard
Haussmann, PARIS, France.
The organizing company is sub-contracting out management of the operation to
MINISTÈRE, a Simplified joint stock company with registered capital of €37,002 having its
registered offices at 11 bis rue Bachaumont, 75002 PARIS, registered with the Paris Trade
and Companies registry under the SIREN number 509 430 187, hereinafter referred to as
the managing company.
ARTICLE 2: Participation Conditions
This free contest, without any purchase obligation, is open to all major physical persons,
open internationally, with the exception of the staff members of the organizing company
and the managing and control companies and their families. The contest is presented on
the web site www.chantalthomass.fr on the official Facebook page
www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis and in the company's Newsletter sent out to
persons in the Chantal Thomass database. Each household may only take part once for
the entire duration of the contest.
ARTICLE 3: Identification of the winners
The contest is accessible on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis
over the period from 26 April to 15 May 2012
The Contest on the official page www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis consists of a
draw between those participants who:
- clicked on the "Like" button on the official page
- accepted the Contest application
- clicked on the Contest "Participate" button
- accept the rules of the Contest
In all, 30 winners will be drawn in the Contest on the official Chantal Thomass Facebook
page.
The winners will win one pair of Collector brand sunglasses in compliance with article 4
of these rules.
Any inaccurate or incomplete participation and in particular any false identity or email
address information will not be taken into account and will result in the participation in
question being deemed null and void. The same will be true of the same person having
multiple participations.
Once the information is validated, the Player may receive the prize provided by the
organizing company but will not have the possibility of selecting a model from among
the 3 models presented.
Participations will take place from 26 April at 10.00 am to 15 May 2012 at 11.59 pm, Paris
time. Any attempt to participate later than 00.00 will not be validated (Ministère's IT
system being the reference in this matter).
Winners will receive an email within 8 days informing them they have won. The email will
also inform them of how to receive their prize.
ARTICLE 4: Definitions and prize values
The following are the prizes for the draw on the www.facebook.com/chantalthomassparis
official page:
- For winners 1 to 10 of the draw:
° 10 pairs of Collector sunglasses: Model CTSG013-col1: PVC made in France =
€162 Inc. VAT.
- For winners 11 to 20 of the draw:
° 10 pairs of Collector sunglasses: Model CTSG015-col2: PVC made in France =
€147 Inc. VAT.
- For winners 21 to 30 of the draw:
° 10 pairs of Collector sunglasses: Model CTSG007-col1: PVC made in France =
€132 Inc. VAT.
The organizing company reserves the right, in case of a stock shortage, to replace the
prize with another product from the brand of the same or greater value.
ARTICLE 5: Awarding prizes
The prize is sent to the winner at the postal address the winner indicated after receiving
the mail confirming their win. Any break in the connection will be considered as null and
void. Any address details that are incomplete, erroneous or drafted in a manner contrary
to the present rules will result in the player being disqualified and their participation and
prize being cancelled. The winner will receive their prize within 6 to 8 weeks
approximately after confirmation that their details are correct. If for whatever reason
outside of the organizer's control, the winner cannot benefit from their prize, this prize
will be definitively lost and will not be reallocated. In this event, no compensation of any
sort whatsoever will be due to the winner. The prize may not be the subject of any
dispute, nor may be awarded in cash form, nor be exchanged or replaced. In the event of
a case of force majeure or any other circumstance outside its control, the organizing
company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of an equivalent type
and value. Any travel, insurance, transport or other costs incurred in using the prize but
not specifically stated as being part of the prizes are at the winners' expense.
Any photographs or graphic representations of the prizes are for illustration purposes
only and can in no way be deemed to be contractually binding.
ARTICLE 6: Liability
As for the prize, the liability of the organizing company is strictly limited to delivering the
prize effectively and validly won. In general, the organizing company waives all liability
for any incidents and accidents that may happen to a winner while using the prize.
The organizing company shall be free of any liability concerning the winner's possible
dissatisfaction with their prize. The organizing company reminders participants of the
characteristics and limits of the network and waives all liability as to the consequences of
the connection of participants to this network via the web site. The organizing company
shall not be liable either in the event of one or more participants not being able to
connect to the site as a result of a technical failing or a problem related in particular to
network saturation. The contest organizing company shall not be held liable if, in case of
force majeure or events outside its control, it has to cancel this contest, shorten it, extend
it, defer it or modify it. Its liability may not be called on as a result of this.
ARTICLE 7: Expenses reimbursement conditions
Participation in this contest is entirely free of charge. Participants may be reimbursed the
expenses incurred in connecting to the Internet to take part in the contest on the basis
of a 3 minute connection outside an ADSL all-in contract (i.e. a lump sum of 0.17 euros)
by sending a simple letter requesting this reimbursement before 15 May 2012 (Post
stamp being proof) to the following address: Ministère – Tirage au sort, Chantal Thomass
- 11 bis rue Bachaumont, 75002 PARIS. The request must include full address details
(surname, forename, address) and be accompanied by a Bank Identity Statement (IBAN –
BIC) as well as a photocopy of the last invoice in the participant's name proving the
person in question is billed on a connection basis and not on an ADSL all-in contract
basis. Participation expenses will be limited to 1 reimbursement per household (same
name, same address) for the entire period of the contest. Stamp expenses incurred for
this purpose will also be reimbursed on the basis of the slow mail rate in force (20g letter
base) by enclosing a written request to this effect. The reimbursement will take place by
bank or postal transfer within 60 days following reception of the request. Accesses to the
site that are free of charge or on an all-in contract basis (such as by means of cable,
ADSL or leased line) shall not give rise to any reimbursement to the extent that the
subscription to the operator's services has been taken out on behalf of the internet user
and/or for their use of the Internet in general and that the fact for the participant of
logging on to the site and participating in the contest does not incur for him/her any
additional expenses or costs.
ARTICLE 8: Authorization from winners
The organizing company is the sole recipient of nominal information. Subject to
indication to the contrary by participants, their names and addresses may be the subject
of computer processing. The participants authorize the organizing company to use and
distribute their surname, forename and address, on any media for communications
concerning the contest without this utilization entitling the person concerned to any
payment or advantage whatsoever.
ARTICLE 9: How to obtain a copy of the rules
The full rules have been entrusted to a firm of bailiffs at the following address Maîtres
COHEN-SKALLI-HOBA, Huissiers de justice, 5 avenue Gabriel Péri – BP 42 – p3401
SAINT-OUEN Cedex.
A copy of the rules of the contest can be obtained free of charge by sending a simple
letter indicating this request during the period of the contest to the following address:
Ministère – Tirage au sort, Chantal Thomass - 11 bis rue Bachaumont, 75002 PARIS.
The stamp may be reimbursed on the basis of the slow mail rate in force for a 20g letter.
Reimbursement will be limited to 1 per household (same name, same address) and may
be obtained by sending a simple letter to this effect to the address of the operation and
enclosing a Bank Identity Statement (IBAN – BIC).
ARTICLE 10: Acceptance of the rules
The fact of taking part in this contest implies unreserved acceptance of the full rules as
well as the procedures applied in running the contest.
ARTICLE 11: French "Privacy" Act
An automated file on behalf of the organizing company is created as a result of participating
in this contest and this in compliance with the French "Privacy" Act of 6 January 1978.
Replies to the information requested are necessary to take account of participation in the
contest. Each participant is entitled to access, rectify or remove information concerning them
and they may exercise this right by sending a simple request to this effect to the following
