Ethnicraft NV Competition Rules – 'Win a Bok extendable dining table'
ARTICLE 1
This game/competition (hereinafter "Contest") is organized by:
(i) Ethnicraft NV , with registered office at Scheldeweg 5 2850 Boom BELGIUM, registered under number 0458.213.251, hereinafter referred to as 'ETHNICRAFT'.
which starts on 29/05/2023 at 00:00 and ends on 11/06/2023 at 23:59.
The current regulations govern the modalities applicable to the 'WIN A BOK EXTENDABLE DINING TABLE' Contest.
ARTICLE 2
Participation in this competition is open to any physical person over 18 years old subscribed to ETHNICRAFT newsletter, excluding the third parties used by the organising company ETHNICRAFT NV (hereinafter “the company”, “ETHNICRAFT NV” or “the Organiser”), including their subcontractors and their respective family members.
ARTICLE 3
What does this competition entail?
The Contest “WIN A BOK EXTENDABLE DINING TABLE” is an online contest that can only be entered through the ETHNICRAFT website. The competition is available on ETHNICRAFT's official website, all website visitors who meet the participation conditions described in Article 2 are allowed to participate.
This competition is valid worldwide. Each participant can only participate once a day in the language of their choice.
Participation in this competition is in principle possible 24 hours a day. However, the Organiser has the right to make the IT system temporarily unavailable and to adjust technical aspects in order to guarantee the smooth running of the Competition. In this way, the system and the data contained therein are also protected.
The Organiser has the right to change and/or end the competition early at any time without any entrant being able to assert any claim against the Organiser.
Entering the Competition must be done as follows:
1. Participate via the link on the website, in the ETHNICRAFT newsletter or on the official Instagram account of ETHNICRAFT ( https://www.instagram.com/ethnicraft/).
2. Provide a creative answer to the question, the most creative answer will be awarded.
The questions is the following:
Which iconic character would you invite for diner at your table and why?
3. Subscribe to ETHNICRAFT newsletter.
The winners will be chosen based on the answers to the tiebreaker question and among the newsletter subscribers.
The winners are objectively selected from the database.
Several participants with the same most correct answer can be chosen.
The competition starts on 29/05/2023 at 00:00 AM and ends on 11/06/2023 at 11:59 PM.
The winners will be contacted with the email address with which they subscribed to the ETHNICRAFT newsletter. If that e-mail address is not correctly or not completely filled in, the Participant is not entitled to the prize associated with this competition.
Entrants who have not entered the competition before the end time are not entitled to a prize.

ARTICLE 4
Participation in the Competition is only possible if one agrees to the competition rules. The entrant must agree to the contest rules before answering the question. There is no purchase obligation associated with the competition.
ARTICLE 5
Any costs incurred for participation in the Competition (internet connection…) are fully borne by the Participant. Under no circumstances can the Participant reclaim his/her participation costs from ETHNICRAFT NV.
ARTICLE 6
ETHNICRAFT NV and any other intervening company or person cannot be held liable for any problems related to the participation in this competition. This also applies to delays caused by a possible technical problem.
The Organiser always has the right to exclude participants in the event of suspected or proven fraud or abuse in relation to these regulations, without the Participant being able to assert any claim against the Organiser.
The Organiser has the right not to award the prize in the event of suspected or proven fraud in relation to these regulations, without the Participant being able to assert any claim against the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant with invalid or falsified personal data from the competition. The Organiser has the right to exclude from the competition a participant who cheats, who is suspected of cheating or who in any other way violates these rules.
ARTICLE 7
The winners will be contacted by email and informed of their winnings at the latest 1 week after the end of the contest. This prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any product or service.
ARTICLE 8
No part of or relating to this competition may be reproduced or published without the prior express written permission of the Organiser.
ARTICLE 9
The organisers cannot be held responsible if, through no fault of their own, the Competition is interrupted, postponed or cancelled. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for malfunctions or errors of/in or relating to the Internet, the Internet sites, the cable (or any other relevant) network, software or hardware. The Organiser completely excludes any liability in this regard. The conduct of the Competition in accordance with the proper rules, the strict application of the rules, the designation of the winners, the awarding of the prizes and the sending or handing over of the prizes are also subject to under the Organiser's supervision.
The Organiser is also not liable for any technical failure of any kind, without limitation, such as: failures in the transmission of information, failure to send or receive e-mail or direct messaging, interruption in the network, a breakdown in their computer system, network and/or computer system overload.
The users have free access to the competition and at their own risk.
ARTICLE 10
The rules are freely accessible via the competition page on the website. Participants who wish to receive a copy of the current regulations must send a sufficiently stamped envelope addressed to themselves, together with their written application, to ETHNICRAFT NV, marketing team ETHNICRAFT, Scheldeweg 5, 2850 Boom BELGIUM.
ARTICLE 11
The personal data used for this competition will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (24/05/2016). The data controller is ETHNICRAFT NV.
The personal data will only be used for the purpose of organizing this competition. This is separate from the processing of data related to other ETHNICRAFT activities. The data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose.
The participant can exercise his rights at any time (access, modification, deletion, etc.). To do so, please contact info@ethnicraft.com or send your request by post at Scheldeweg 5, 2850 Boom BELGIUM.. Please note that you will not be allowed to review, rectify or delete your personal data unless you can provide proof of identification.
If you do not agree with the manner in which we process your personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, situated at Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
ARTICLE 12
The Participant undertakes:
comply with the rules relating to the Contest;
not to cheat or otherwise cheat;
not create "fictitious personal data" in order to participate;
to behave wisely;
not express any political or religious ideas;
not to harass, swear, discriminate or make sexual innuendo;
do not use a third-party photo.
Any violation of the rules as well as any attempted fraud or deception will be punished with immediate exclusion of the Participant. Errors in printing, spelling, moving and any similar error cannot be relied upon as a remedy against the Promoter.
ARTICLE 13
Should one of the conditions of these regulations be declared invalid or inapplicable, the other conditions will remain in full force. This condition applies to the extent that it is permitted by law.
ARTICLE 14
In case of dispute or in cases not provided for in these regulations, the decisions of the Organiser will be irrevocable and not subject to appeal.
ARTICLE 15
Belgian law applies to the current regulations. Any dispute regarding the application of these regulations falls under the jurisdiction of the court of Antwerp.
