Terms and Conditions of the Contest
Article 1: Organising Body
(1) Evaneos, incorporated and registered with the commercial register in FRANCE under registration
number SIRET 51319112200060 of Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce of Paris, whose registered
office is in 27 rue de Mogador, 75009 PARIS; and
(2) Aon France trading under the trademark Chapka Assurances. Incorporated and registered with
the commercial register in FRANCE under registration number SIREN 414 572 248 of Paris Trade
and Companies Register whose registered office is in 31-35 rue de la Fédération 75717 Paris
Cedex 15.
(3) Europ Assistance, incorporated and registered in the Nanterre commerce and companies
register under the number 51 366 405, whose registered office is in 1, Promenade de la
Bonnette, 92230 Gennevilliers, France.
are organising a contest that is free, and with no obligation to buy, from 02-09-2019 12:00 to
08-09-2019 12:00. This contest is entitled: “2019 Summer contest”
(Evaneos, Chapka Assurances and Europ Assistance will hereafter be referred to jointly as the
“Organising Body”).

Article 2: Conditions of Participation
2.1 This contest is only open to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Germany and United Kingdom
residents wishing to participate free of charge from the webpages:
https://www.instagram.com/evaneos_travel and https://www.instagram.com/chapkaassurances ,
whether they be a client of the Organising Body or not. The Organising Body reserves the right to make
any necessary checks concerning the identity, and postal and/or email address of the participants.
2.2 Exclusions from participation in this contest apply to all personnel of the Organising Body, (whether
directly or indirectly), their family and spouses (via marriage, civil partnerships, or unofficially recognised
married life), as well as to minors (-18).
2.3 Disqualifications in this contest will apply to all participants who have provided incomplete, or
inaccurate contact details (be that by human error or by intentionally entering false information), as well
as those who refuse for their nominative contact information to be submitted, saved, and used, strictly
for the requirements and management of the contest.
2.4 All participants in this contest must accept, fully and unconditionally, its terms and conditions. Any
participants refusing to comply with these terms and conditions will have their entry, as well as any
prizes they might have been eligible for, automatically removed.
Article 3: Rules of Participation
The format of the contest is as follows. The participant must:
1. Have an Instagram account;
2. Follow the Instagram accounts of Evaneos (@evaneos_travel :
https://www.instagram.com/evaneos_travel ), Chapka Assurances (@chapkaassurances :
https://www.instagram.com/chapkaassurances ) and Europ Assistance (@europassistance_france
: https://www.instagram.com/europassistance_france );
3. Name a country/experience selected among the ones proposed in the video in a comment below;
4. Tag one other Instagram account in the aforementioned comment;
5. Accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
Article 4: Selection of winner
Two prizes will be attributed to the winner.
The Winner will be chosen randomly among participants after the necessary verification of their eligibility
to gain the prizes. The appointed participant will be contacted by direct message on Instagram by the
Organising Body. If a participant does not respond or make him or herself known within the month
following this email, (s)he will be considered as having renounced his or her prize, and the prize will
remain the property of the Organising Body.
The Winner must comply with the Terms and Conditions of the contest. If it is discovered that (s)he does
not correspond to the criteria of the present Terms and Conditions, his or her prizes will not be attributed
to him or her. Participants authorise all necessary verifications concerning their identity, their age, their
postal address or the faithfulness and sincerity of their participation. The Organising Body therefore
reserves the right to ask for a copy of the Winner’s proof of identity before sending them their prize. Any
false declaration, or indication of a false identity or address will bring about the immediate elimination of
the participant, and if necessary, the reimbursement of the prizes already sent.
Article 5: Prizes
The contest is comprised of the following prizes:
● A voucher worth €2,000 (including VAT) to be used for a tailor-made trip organised by one of
Evaneos’ local agents, booked via the Evaneos platform, chosen among the 10 destinations
proposed by The Organizing Body. The winner may book a trip worth more than €2,000, but will
then have to pay the amount above €2,000 himself or herself. The voucher is valid until
September 8th, 2020.
● A voucher for travel insurance provided by Chapka Assurances valid until September 8th, 2020.
Worth up to €400, including cancellation, for any subscription within 48h following the trip
booking. The winner will have to contact Chapka Assurances by phone (+33 1 74 85 50 50) for
subscription.
Total estimated value of prizes: 2.400 € (including VAT).
Article 6: Distribution of Prizes
Following the participation and announcement of winner as described in Article 4, the winner will receive
all necessary information regarding the presentation of their prizes via email within 15 days (excluding
weekends and bank holidays) of the winner being announced. The prizes will be sent to the winner by
email.
The Organising Body will not be held responsible for sending prizes to an inaccurate or incomplete postal
address resulting from the negligence of the winner. If the prizes cannot be delivered to the recipient for
whatever reason, independent from the wishes or intentions of the Organising Body, (the winner having
moved address without providing their new address, etc...), the prizes will remain the property of the
Organising Body indefinitely.
Prizes cannot be exchanged with another object, nor exchanged for money, and cannot be partially or
totally reimbursed.
Article 7: Limit of Liability
By participating in the contest ‘2019 Summer contest,’ you are confirming that you acknowledge and
accept the characteristics and limits of the internet, particularly those concerning technical performance,
response time taken to see, question, or transfer information, the risk of losing connection, and more
generally, the risks inherent in all connection and transmission on the internet, the absence of protection
of certain data against potential hackers, and the risk of contamination by viruses present on the
network. As a result, the Organising Body will not under any circumstance be held responsible for:

1. The transmission and/or reception of all data and information on the internet;
2. All malfunctioning of internet network affecting the contest to run or function correctly;
3. The breakdown of reception or lines of communication;
4. The loss of all physical or electronic post, and more generally, the loss of data;
5. Problems of delivery/conveyance;
6. The functioning of all software;
7. The consequences of all viruses, bogus information, anomalies, technical faults;
8. Any or all damage caused to the participant’s computer/server;
9. All technical faults, including equipment or software of any nature that might have affected or
limited the possibility of participating in the contest, or that might have damaged the
participant’s computer/server;
10. Malfunctioning of the prizes given to the winner and related to the contest, and any potential
damage directly or indirectly caused by these prizes.
The Organising Body will not be held responsible for any damage directly or indirectly deriving from the
breakdown, malfunction (for whatever reason), or any directly-resulting damage, of connection with the
website created for the contest. It is the responsibility of the participant to take all appropriate measures
to protect their own data and/or the software stocked on their servers against all threats. The connection
of all people on Instagram and the participation of the participants in this contest falls entirely under
their own responsibility. The Organising Body can remove all or any single part of the contest ‘2019
Summer contest’ if it is discovered that fraud has taken place in any form, particularly that of a technical
nature, or in the selection of winner. The Organising Body therefore reserves the right not to attribute
prizes to fraudsters, and/or proceed to judicial means to deal with them. The Organising Body will not be
held responsible in any way for any damage or inconvenience caused to participants by potential
fraudsters.
The contest is not managed or sponsored by the company Instagram. Instagram therefore cannot be
held responsible in any way for any disputes or contentions linked to the contest. All questions,
comments, or complaints concerning the contest, must be addressed to the Organising Body, and not to
Instagram. Any content submitted is subject to moderation. The Organising Body reserves the right to
accept, refuse, or delete any content, including that which has already been downloaded, with total
discretion, and without having to justify itself.
The Organising Body reserves the right to remove, report, suspend, or cancel the contest, or to modify
any or all parts ot the present Terms and Conditions, in accordance with these. If, following an event
independent of the Organising Body’s wishes or intentions, it was forced to apply this right, the
Organising Body would not be held liable in any way.
The Organising Body reserves the right to ban anyone whose fraudulent behaviour affects the
smooth-running of the contest permanently from other contests. Encouragement of the use of fictitious
persons in the contest will additionally result in the immediate elimination of the participant. Any attempt
to use the contest outside the dedicated interface created on the website will similarly be considered as
fraud.
Article 9: Regulation
From the time and date that the contest is launched, the contest and its participants are subject to the
Terms and Conditions as set out in the present document. The Terms and Conditions are available free of
charge to any people who request these from the Organising Body, by writing to the following address:
27 rue de Mogador, 75009, Paris, France. Stamps used in the written request to have a copy of the
Terms and Conditions will be reimbursed based on the tariff of a second-class stamp.
Article 10: Personal Data
You are reminded that in order to get their prizes, the winner must provide certain personal information
concerning him/her (name, address). This information is collected and saved in a computer file and is
necessary for the distribution of prizes. This information is accessible to the Organising Body, and may be
transmitted to its technical service suppliers and to a supplier involved in the distribution of prizes. In
accordance with the Data Protection Act (no. 78-17) of 6th January 1978, participants reserve the right
to deny, access, modify, and delete any personal information relating to them. In order to exercise these
rights, participants must send a letter to the following address: 27 rue de Mogador, 75009, Paris, France.
Article 11: Legal Disputes
The present Terms and Conditions comply with French Law. In order to be put into practice, any potential
disputes arising from the contest must be set out in a written letter to the following address: Marketing
and Communication Department, 27 rue de Mogador, 75009, Paris, France, within a maximum of ninety
(90) days after the deadline for participation in the contest as indicated in the present Terms and
Conditions. In the case of persistent disagreement over the application or interpretation of the present
Terms and Conditions, and failing amicable agreement, legal disputes will be laid out before the court or
tribunal, whereby exclusive jurisdiction is conferred.
