Giveaway is open World Wide, except where prohibited by local law. Winner will be contacted via EMAIL by Fractal Design and must respond within 48hrs of being contacted or will automatically forfeit their win and a new winner will be chosen. The Winner will be responsible for any Duty or import fees related to the prize(s).
- Grand Prize: Computer System -
The Grand Prize Computer System is provided as-is with no warranty, written or implied nor is technical support supplied. Individual components of the system will retain their original manufacturers warranty where applicable.
- Bonus Prize: Free Exotic Car Rental from Royalty Exotic Cars -
The bonus prize drawing winner will be selected separately from the Grand Prize drawing. While unlikely, It is possible that the same individual could win both Grand Prize and the bonus prize. To be eligible to win the Free exotic car rental from Royalty Exotic Cars you must be 25 years of age at the time of the drawing. In order to redeem the Exotic Car Rental the winner must meet Royalty Exotic Cars' rental qualifications (Details can be found here: https://www.royaltyexoticcars.com/faqs )

Should the winner fail to provide proof of required age within 48hrs of being contacted, they will automatically forfeit their win and a new winner will be chosen. If a new winner needs to be chosen for the Bonus prize, it will not invalidate nor have any affect on the Grand Prize.
