The Ed Sheeran X Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Tattoo Edition Free Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is administered by Paddle8 (the “Administrator”) on behalf of HJ Heinz Foods UK Limited (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. It is open to residents of all countries globally except for countries and/or places known as or formally known as:

Employees of the Promoter, the Administrator and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is subject to relevant country, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw begins on Monday 12th August 2019 at 9:00 AM GMT +1 hour and ends on 23rd August 2019 at 5:00 PM GMT +1hour (the "Prize Draw Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Prize Draw Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter
To enter the Prize Draw, eligible individuals must have an account on Paddle8.com. Individuals without an account will first need to create an account on Paddle8.com Individuals must log into their account and go to www.paddle8.com/EdSheeranHeinz and follow the on-screen instructions to submit their entry. By submitting information and creating a Paddle8 account, individuals agree to the Paddle8 Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If individuals do not agree to the Paddle8 Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, they cannot create a Paddle8 account, or enter the Prize Draw. Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner, unless entrant agrees to receive further information on Promoter’s or prize partner’s products and promotions.
Limit of one (1) entry per person, per paddle8 account, and per household for the duration of the Prize Draw Period. Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter Prize Draw is prohibited.
Prize Drawing
On or about Monday 26th August 2019, the Administrator will select one hundred and four (104) potential winners in a random draw from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Administrator will pass the names of winners to the Promoter.
Winner Notification
The Promoter (or a nominated third party engaged on behalf of the Promoter) will attempt to notify each potential winner via email on or about Tuesday 27th August 2019. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
Each potential winner may be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Promoter will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably practicable after the conclusion of the Prize Draw. Prizes are sent from the UK – time taken to deliver the Prize is dependent on the location of the winner. The Promoter shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the Prizes within 8 weeks of notification.
Potential winners from Canada will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered by e-mail or telephone prior to being awarded a prize.
Prizes
104 Prizes: Ed Sheeran x Heinz limited edition tattoo ketchup bottles.
No cash equivalents, transfers or substitution of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Promoter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes on the prize. The winners shall not be responsible for any postage or shipping costs.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Each bottle of regular ketchup = £1.45 GBP + Value of tattoo label signed by Ed Sheeran = unknown. Total ARV of 104 Prizes = £150.80 GBP.
General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Prize Draw is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Prize Draw is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Prize Draw to address the impairment and then resume the Prize Draw in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Prize Draw and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Prize Draw, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties)" from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Prize Draw or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Prize Draw, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Prize Draw; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d)application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Prize Draw, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Prize Draw, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Prize Draw-related materials; or (f) to the maximum extent permitted by law, injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Prize Draw, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize Draw. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the agreed-to the Kraft Heinz Privacy Policy located online at https://www.heinz.eu/privacy-notice and in addition as otherwise set out in these Official Rules for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw.

To request a translation of these terms and conditions in your local language or the list of winners, send an email to prizedraw@paddle8.com. Requests for the list of winners must be received before 30 October 2019.
