Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
The following Terms form the promotion information for the Hisense PSG FAMILY COMPETITION (“Promotion”). THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. These Terms are entered into by HISENSE INTERNATIONAL (HK) Co., Ltd (“Promoter”) and the entrant qualified under these Terms (“Entrant”).
2. By entering this Promotion, the Entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them. If the Entrant does not agree with any of these Terms, they should not enter the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified herein. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize.
3.2 This Promotion is open and available globally to entrants aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter's agents and anyone professionally associated with the Promotion.
3.3 Entrants must be eighteen (18) years old or above. Proof of identification and age may be required at the request of the Promoter. Anyone who is not satisfied with such age request is disqualified for the Competition.
3.4 Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual's participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion. We reserve sole discretion of rejecting Entrant’s participation upon discovery of non-compliance with the Terms or other applicable laws and/or regulations.
3.5 No purchase is necessary; however, internet access and a valid Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account are required.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 Enter between 12:00 (midday) BST on 22nd September 2021 and 23:59 BST on the 1st December 2021. Entries that are incomplete or late or not complied with these Terms are null and void from the beginning.
5. Method of Entry
5.1 Submit a photo to the PSG Family microsite {psgfamily.com} of you / your family wearing Paris Saint-Germain colours. By uploading the photo, you agree that you consent to our website’s cookies and privacy policies. You also give your express consent (and you confirm that you have obtained express consent from any other person that features in the photo that you have submitted under this Agreement) that we may use your photo for the purposes of: (1) Participation of prize drawing indicated under clause 6.1, and (2) set up a photo gallery on the PSG Family microsite with your photo among other Entrant’s photos, and (3) the photo shall be included within later production of marketing videos delivered on the PSG Family microsite. After uploading completes, an email of activation of entry shall be sent.
By entering the Competition, you agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as may be reasonably required by the Promoter with no additional reimbursement or compensation except a potential opportunity for the Prize. Further the Promoter reserves the right to use the names and/ or images and /or any other data in connection with the participants in connection with any publicity relating to the Competition.
In the event you wish to withdraw your consent to use your name and/ or images and /or any other data in connection with the participants in connection with any publicity relating to the Competition, you may deliver email or notice to: hisenseuk@csm.com _.
In the event you wish to withdraw your entry, you may deliver email or notice to: hisenseuk@csm.com _. Withdrawal shall render your participation void and we shall not use or process your photo for any purposes, including the prize draw. Your photo shall be deleted upon fulfilment of the purposes stipulated herein.
It is also encouraged (optional) that:
Log into your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account (or create one for free) and post the photo of you/your family in Paris Saint-Germain colours, tag @HisenseSports and include #PSGFamily in the caption.
5.2 You must keep the social media account you use to enter with on a public setting for 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted if you are selected as a winner.
5.3 There is no limit to the number of times you can upload. Maximum of 1 Prize per person during the Promotion Period.
5.4 Any entry that is deemed as offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information will not be granted approval and will therefore be excluded from the Competition.
6. Prize
6.1 Six (6) winners will each win either Hisense U7 Television, OR a Paris Saint-Germain jersey. There are two (2) Televisions and four (4) jerseys in total. The winners are decided upon random draw among qualified Entrants.
7. Further Prize Details and Conditions
7.1 The model of the Prize will vary depending on the country in which each winner resides in. Further details of the Prize will be confirmed at the point of Winner Notification.
8. Winner Selection
8.1 One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will be conducted within 1 working day of the end of the Promotion Period under the supervision of an independent person.
9. Winner Notification
9.1 The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter within 2 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If the winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winner may have less time to respond.
10. Prize Acceptance
10.1 The winners will be notified within 30 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange delivery of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 30 days of Prize Acceptance, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing hisenseuk@csm.com . If the winners does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any Prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not received by the winner.
11.2 Provided no objection is received, if you are a winner, your surname and county of residence will be made available by sending a request to hisenseuk@csm.com one month after the close of the Promotion, for a period of 8 weeks. You can object to your surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing hisenseuk@csm.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
11.3 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
11.4 It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
11.5 Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
are in breach of the Terms and Conditions;
contain any content that is offensive, obscene, sexual, derogatory, defamatory, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner, or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication;
contains or refers to any third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
promotes any political agenda.
11.6 If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
11.7 No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
11.8 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and that Facebook, Instagram or Twitter have no liability for any element of this Promotion.
11.9 The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
11.10 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
11.11 The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
11.12 An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
11.13 The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
11.14 The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.
11.15 Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://global.hisense.com/privacy-policy/
11.16 If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
11.17 By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
11.18 If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
11.19 The Prize is supplied by the Promoter and organised by its agency CSM Sport and Entertainment LLP, trading as CSM Brands.

11.21 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
