Competition Terms and Conditions
The Organiser is Azure Services Ltd, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Malta Golden Sands, Golden Bay, l/o Mellieha, MLH 5510, Malta. The Organiser is organizing the competition, handling the competition and collecting the participants’ personal data.
The Promoter is the Malta Tourism Authority, Auberge d’ Italie, Merchant Street, Valletta, Malta. The Promoter is advertising the competition on their Facebook Page only.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Open to entrants aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Organiser and the Promoter, and their immediate families, , their affiliated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Winners will be drawn on the 5th May 2012
There is no charge for entering this competition.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The winning prize consists of:
1. Accommodation for two adults at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Malta Golden Sands:
2. Return transfers to and from the hotel
3. Accommodation must be reserved by December 31st, 2012
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Organiser reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. The prize must be booked at least four weeks in advance. The prize is subject to availability and alternative dates may be offered. Once booked, the trip cannot be changed. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation and/or refund will be provided. The trip can be extended, if required but this is entirely at the prize winner's expense. UK transfers and flights, other meals, spending money and others costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion have valid passports (with minimum six months' validity beyond the return date) and any other visas or other documentation required to enter Malta. All travel must be booked via Azure.
Winners will be notified by telephone or email using the details supplied with their entry. Winners may be prompted to respond within 76 hours of receiving the Organiser's notification. If no response is received within the requested time frame, the prize entitlement could be withdrawn.
The Organiser reserves the right to request valid proof of age and identity of winners.
In the event that a winner has already won one prize, the Organiser will select another winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
By entering the promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter and the Organiser or their agencies.
