Organising Companies
Renault S.A.S ., a company incorporated under the laws of France, having its registered office at 13/15 quai le Gallo - 92100 Boulogne Billancourt, France, registered within the Commercial and Companies Register of Nanterre under number 780.129.987, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Renault’) is organising, from 1 February 2017 to 14 February 2017, a free competition, without any obligation to purchase, entitled ‘Renault Sport Bootcamp’ that is accessible on the Renault Sport Bootcamp website, the URL of which is: http://bootcamp.renaultsport.com ;
TRO , a company incorporated under the laws of England, having its registered office at Holland House, 6 Church Street, Isleworth TW7 6XB, UK, hereinafter referred to as the ‘the Promoter’;
Evolution Group SARL , a company incorporated under the laws of France, having its registered office at 2 rue de la Pleiade, 94240 L’Hay les Roses, France, registered within the Commercial and Companies Register of Créteil under number 493 503 882, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Driving Company’.
Renault, the Promoter and the Driving Company are hereinafter referred to collectively as the ‘Organising Companies’ or individually as an ‘Organisating Company’.
Definitions
Capitalized words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
‘Competition’: the Competition, which can be entered for free with no obligation to purchase and that is accessible from the Page (i.e. a Renault Sport related driving experience game with 4 separate games).
‘Event’: the driving experience which is part of the prize offered to the winner of the Competition.
‘Page’: the web page accessible at the following URL address: https://bootcamp.renaultsport.com .
‘Participant’: a person who participates in the Competition and who is offered the prize detailed within the terms and conditions document.
‘Prize’: the prize for winning the Competition, including but not limited to participation in the Event.
‘Registration: operation by which the user who wishes to participate in the Competition completes a registration form that contains mandatory information to access and continue with the Renault Sport Competition.
‘Rules’: the rules applicable to the Competition as described in this document.
Eligibility
Each Participant must meet each of the following eligibility criteria:
speak and understand English or French to a high level;
be a minimum age of 22 and a maximum age of 65;
hold a full current and valid driving licence;
be between 1.55 metres and 1.90 metres in height;
not weigh more than 100 kilos;
not have blood pressure over 15/8;
not have any previous heart conditions, history of epilepsy, head trauma with or without loss of consciousness, dizziness, slipped disk or hernia (unless the Participant has a medical certificate certifying he/she is fit to take part);
not be undergoing any medical treatment which may impair his/her judgement or reaction speed;
have good eyesight.
Each Participant shall submit to the Organising Companies before taking part in the Event:
a copy of their driving licence (all parts);
the individually signed release / waiver and assumption of risk form as provided by the Organising Companies;
the duly completed and signed medical questionnaire.
General conditions for participation
For the Participants to partake in the Competition they must adhere to all rules determined by the Organising Companies and any third parties involved in the Competition and/or in the Event (including but not limited to the Rules).
Persons who do not comply with competition conditions, try and circumvent the entry process and / or entry instructions by any method or interfere with the gaming data will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
In order to participate in the Competition, the Participant must first:
select language;
sign in with a unique email address which will later be used to complete the login process or a register with a personal Facebook profile, providing the required identification information, i.e., first name, surname and valid email address;
if using Facebook registration, the user will have to grant access to their personal data registered on their Facebook profile.
The Participant’s registration information must be correct and will act as proof of identity. Once submitted, the information provided will be the information used to identify the user during game play and later on if the Participant wins a Prize.
All entries must be made by the Participant himself. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of the Rules in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a Participant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that Participant’s entries into the Competition in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Competition, that Participant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
Any incorrect or incomplete registration will not be taken into account and will lead to the participation in the Competition being null and void.

The Organising Companies decline any liability in the event that the Competition does not work on any particular configuration/application.
The Participant must be aware that on accessing the Page, a cookie will be stored in the computer / tablet / mobile devise and used to take part in the Competition. Cookies are used to identify the Participant in order to enable rapidly information access and to avoid multiple login on entry.
Any personal data relating to Participant will be used solely for the purposes of this Competition by the Organising Companies and/or by any agent appointed by them to assist with running the Competition on behalf of the Organising Companies and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the Participant’s prior consent. By entering this Competition, the Participant consents to the use of his/her personal data by the Organising Companies and/or any agent appointed by them to assist with running the Competition for the purposes of administration of the Competition (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which the Participant has given his/her consent.
The Organising Companies accept no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.

The Competition will be divided into 5 phases:
Competition rules:
The Competition consists of the Participant completing the form and participating in four online car related games.
The Participant must complete all four games to qualify for the main Prize.
Participants can and are encouraged to share on social media, however this is not compulsory for a valid competition entry. When sharing, the Participant will have to allow access to Facebook to share (if registered with a unique email address).
The aim of all games are to reach the highest score. There are hints and tips during gameplay to assist Participants.
When sharing, the Participant will receive an ‘ Invitation’ on his/her Facebook wall to play the Competition.
Only valid winners will be accepted. All winners and data are subject to verification.
When submitting their details winners must use their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any Prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter will require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, weather or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the safety, administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
Winners selection
5 winners will be selected based on the highest score across all four games. Only valid entries will be considered and the Organising Companies reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for invalid play.
The Organising Companies will require such information as they consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
Renault Internal Winner Selection:
As part of the Competition, a Prize will be dedicated for a Renault collaborator among the 6 winners.
It is open to the Renault collaborators who fulfils the following conditions:
Being employed by Renault Group, on a permanent contract, and have a professional email address « @renault.com ». This email address will be required to register your participation in the game at http://bootcamp.renaultsport.com .
Being on the staff of the Renault Group at the time they take part in the contest (i.e. from 1st to 14th of February 2017). Any employee who has stopped working for the group during the Competition may not be among the winners.
Being available to participate in the “Bootcamp” which will take place on 13 and 14 March in Enstone, United Kingdom (transport costs will be borne by the Organising Companies).
Prize
The Prize will (after verification of personal details) be attributed to Participants who have (i) sent the correct information and personal details requested during the Period of Participation; and (ii) obtained the greatest number of points from their participation across all four games (hereinafter referred to as ‘Winners’).
If the Winner’s participation is found not to comply with the Rules (incorrect personal information, for example), the Prize will be given to the first substituting Participant chosen on the basis of the number of points he/she has obtained, the information and personal details of whomare correct (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ Substitute Winner’).
In the event that the participation by the first Substitute Winner does not comply with the Rules, the Prize will be reallocated to the next valid Participant with the highest score, and at the discretion of the Organising Companies.
The Winners will be contacted by the Promoter and the fulfilment process will begin.
The Prize cannot be disputed, exchanged for its equivalent in cash, exchanged or replaced.
The Participant will be informed of any changes, where possible.
Description of the Prize:
The main Prize will take place on 13 March 2017 and 14 March 2017 and includes one place in a Renault Sport Bootcamp experience, a maximum of 4 x nights’ accommodation in one room in a minimum 3* hotel, return transportation to your domestic country and all local transfers for the Participant only. This will be booked by the Promoter and a third party agency.
The additional Prize will take place on 15 March 17 and is allocated to one Participant based on suitability recommendation made by Renault Sport professionals after the main Prize has taken place.
The Winner is to arrive to the local area of the Renault Sport Bootcamp facilities on 12 March 2017 and depart on 16 March 2017.
3x meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be provided by the Promoter for each day taking part in the main Prize and additional Prize.
1x meal will be provided by the Promoter on arrival or departure days.
Any additional purchases made by the Winner will remain the responsibility of the Winner and not that of the Promoter. In particular, the Winner will have to provide his/her own travel insurance.
Compliance, health and safety
In order to ensure the safety of all Participants at all times, the Promoter shall procure that each Participant:
adheres to all health and safety instructions and/or regulations at the circuit as indicated by the Organising Companies, attends all briefings and complies with all instructions given by driving instructors and briefing staff provided by the Organising Companies;
wears the protective clothing provided by the Organising Companies. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant will not be permitted to wear any protective clothing or use any equipment other than the clothing and equipment provided at the Event.
If at any time the Organising Companies deem a Participant to:
be unable to adhere to or have not adhered to instructions or health and safety rules; or
be unable to remain in full control of his/her car; or
be behaving in an inappropriate or unacceptable manner; or
be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; or
be make contact with another car or be involved in an accident;
the Organising Companies reserve the right to curtail the relevant on-track session he/she is taking part in and/or refuse, for safety reasons, to allow him/her to drive the high speed F1 single-seater.
Advertising and promotion of the Winner
By accepting the Prize, the Winner authorizes the image, filming and personal details (first name, name) to be used in all of Renault’s public communication media and to all public, promotional, events associated with the Competition, worldwide and for a period of 2 years as from its participation in the Competition.
Data Protection
In compliance with the ‘Computer and Data Protection’ Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and protection, any person completing the registration on the Page benefits from a right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him by contacting Renault. Such rights can beexercised by sending an email to the following email address: social-rs@renault.com
Persons who exercise their right to delete data concerning them before the end of the Competition will be deemed to have terminated their participation.
In compliance with the current regulations, the information collected in the context of the Competition will be used exclusively by the Organizing Companies and will not be sold or given to third parties in any manner whatsoever.
Liability
The Organising Companies’ liability is strictly limited to the provision of the Prize actually and validly won.
The Organising Companies cannot, in any circumstances, be held liable for the fraudulent use of rights of connection or attribution of a prize to a Participant. In light of the nature of the Internet, such as the unrestricted obtaining of information and the difficulty if not impossibility in controlling use that may be made of it by third parties, the Organising Companies cannot be held liable for any improper use of such information.
The Organising Companies cannot be liable in the event of malfunctions in the Internet, telephone lines or receiving equipment that prevents the proper functioning of the Competition. In addition, it cannot, under any circumstances, be liable for delivery problems or lost emails or letters.
The Organising Companies cannot be liable in the event of any technical, equipment or software failure or anomaly of any kind (virus, bug, etc.) occurring in the Participant’s computer system.
The Organising Companies cannot be liable in the event of a malfunction due to human error or problem that has an electrical origin.
The Organising Companies reserve the right to shorten, extend, postpone, modify or cancel the Competition if required by the circumstances. In any event, it cannot be liable for such changes.
The Organising Companies will attempt to ensure that the Competition can be accessed at all times, without being bound by any related obligation. The Organising Companies can at any time, in particular for any technical, updating or maintenance reasons, suspend access to the Page and the Competition contained on it. The Organising Companies will not, under any circumstances, be liable for such interruptions and their consequences.
Compliance with the Rules
Participating in the Competition involves honest behaviour, meaning total compliance with the Rules and the rights of other Participants.
Participants are prohibited from implementing or seeking to implement any participation process that does not strictly comply with the principles of the Competition and the Rules.
The Organising Companies reserve the right to eliminate any person from the Competition who does not full imply with the Rules. The Organising Companies also reserve the right to bring proceedings against any person who attempts to fraud or impede the proper functioning of the Competition.
The Organising Companies can decide to cancel the Competition if it clearly appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular, computer fraud, in the context of participation in the Competition or the choosing of Winners.
The Organising Companies reserve the right to carry out any verifications relating to compliance with this Article and all of the Rules.
The Competition can be played for free and without any obligation to purchase.
Agreement on proof:
It is specifically agreed that the data contained in the Organising Companies’ computer systems is proof of the details of connections and information resulting from computer processing relating to Competition.
Modification to the Rules
The Organising Companies reserve the right to modify the Rules and, in particular, the Competition’s rules and the Prizes attributed, essentially in order to take account of changes to the law, regulations or administrative regulations, or as a result of judicial decisions, recommendations issued by organizations in charge of administering the Internet and the Organizing Companies’ sales policy. Each modification will be the subject of a supplementary agreement to the Rules and will be filed with the process server, as were the Rules.

Applicable Law and Disputes
These rules are subject to French laws.
In the event of a dispute or claim, for any reason whatsoever, demands must be sent to Renault within a maximum period of 1 (one) month after the Competition closes by way of recorded delivery. Such letter must state the precise date of participation in the Competition, the full personal details of the Participant and the exact grounds for the dispute. No other method of dispute or claim will be accepted. The decisions by the Organising Companies cannot be appealed: the Organising Company only can rule on any issue relating to the application of the Rules or any omissions in it.
