Longines Roland-Garros Online Challenge 2012
Terms and conditions
By entering the competition, the participants accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. The Competition is being run by Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd, 2610 St-Imier, Switzerland (hereinafter: "LONGINES").
2. Entry is open to persons who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the entry date. Any entry submitted by an entrant under 18 years will be disregarded.
3. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of LONGINES, The Swatch Group Ltd, Switzerland or any affiliated company of The Swatch Group Ltd.
4. Entry a competition is free. No purchase is necessary.
5. The competition commences on May 22, 2012. Entries close at 12.00 pm Swiss time on June 11th, 2012. Any entries received before or after these dates and times will not be accepted.
6. If you want to enter a competition, you may enter via the http://roland-garros.longines.com website, together with your name, address, age, gender and e-mail address. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified. LONGINES reserves the right to disregard multiple entries with false names or suspected to be submitted by the same entrant.
8. LONGINES assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
9. LONGINES will process your name and account information confidentially and will not sell, rent or exchange and personal information.
10. A random selection of the winners will be made about one week after the end of the game from among the players.
11. The winner will be notified as soon as possible after the closing date of the competition by email or by post.
12. The decision of LONGINES is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
13. The prize is as follows:
1st prize: a “The Longines Saint-Imier Collection” (L2.752.4.53.6) watch.
All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
14. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize(s), then LONGINES reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another entrant.
15. LONGINES reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
16. The competition is organized under Swiss Law. Any dispute arising in connection with the present terms and conditions shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts at LONGINES Headquarters.
