Who May Enter?
New users who Register with DesignSpark and have opted in to receive news and updates from RS Components.
Existing users who have logged in to DesignSpark and are also opted in to receive news and updates from RS Components.
This competition is not open to employees of RS Components, Allied Electronics, or their immediate families.
This competition is not open to anyone living in a country, province, or state where the Contest is prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted (for example prohibits unregistered contests or requires the Contest Sponsor to post a bond) under national, federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules, or regulations is ineligible.

Entry Details:
Your “Entry” refers to your New Registration or logged-in session on DesignSpark.com during the period of Monday 17th October 2016 at 00:01 GMT and Tuesday 31st January 2017 at 23:59 GMT
Winners will be contacted by the end of February 2017 and will be announced on this page and via the DesignSpark social media channels.
Entry is free of charge.
Criteria for Judging
All new registrations and logged in users will be entered in to a random draw, to be conducted by the competition organiser. The judge’s decision is final.
Legal Considerations
Entries made on DesignSpark.com will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winners may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Entry.
By accepting a prize, Participants consent to the use by RS of their name, photograph and/or likeness and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast, and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest Administrator is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, The Contest Administrator reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest RS Components/DesignSpark is a facilitator of this competition.
The Contest Administrator reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned.
